Terms and Conditions for Delivery
Delivery is currently available only on the main island of Singapore. If you would like delivery to Sentosa, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
All deliveries must be received by an individual who is 18 years of age or older. In accordance with the laws of Singapore, we will not sell any alcoholic beverages to individuals under the age of 18. Please order and drink responsibly
All times mentioned are for the Singapore time zone
If you are outside of Singapore and would like to purchase our branded merchandise, please send an email to email@example.com for shipping charges
Regular Delivery is $10.00
We offer complimentary Regular Delivery for orders of $80 or more
Regular Delivery is available Monday to Friday unless the day is a Singapore Public Holiday
Regular Delivery orders placed by 11:59 pm will be delivered between 4 pm and 8 pm on the next Regular Delivery Day
Express Delivery is $20
Express Delivery is available Monday to Saturday unless the day is a Singapore Public Holiday
Express Delivery orders placed before 5 pm Monday through Friday or before 11 am on Saturday will arrive within four (4) hours of the time the order is placed but no earlier than 12 pm (noon)
Express Delivery orders placed between 5 pm and 11:59 pm Monday to Friday and between 11 am and 11:59 pm Saturday will be delivered by 12 pm (noon) on the following Express Delivery Day if it is not a Singapore Public Holiday
Express Delivery orders placed Monday to Saturday between 12 am (midnight) and 8 am will be delivered by 12 pm (noon) unless the day is a Sunday or Singapore Public Holiday in which case they will be delivered on the following Express Delivery Day
We deliver through third party logistics providers and work with them to deliver within our stated delivery windows based on order times
We seek your understanding if deliveries are delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. In the event your delivery is delayed we will take every reasonable effort to communicate with you and to expedite the delivery
If you face any issues with your delivery driver, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org well as the third party logistics company
In the event of non-delivery or when neither we nor the delivery driver is able to make contact with you, your order will be returned to the warehouse and refunded the amount of the transaction minus a $25 logistics fee
Please inspect goods upon delivery and contact us immediately (by the end of the calendar day) at email@example.com if your order has been incorrectly delivered or if you require a replacement of the product. Returns and exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
RETURN POLICY We are committed to producing a quality product that is enjoyed by everyone and we back that up with our return policy. If you’re not pleased with your purchase, please contact us within 3 calendar days of receipt to request a refund or replacement. Please note that any beer or merchandise will need to be returned within 7 calendar days at your own cost to be eligible for refund or replacement. Any product that has been opened cannot be returned, even if you did not like it.
